What is "sour kreme", in your recipe for
asparagus soup?
Surely that's not what Tofutti calls it.

Tofutti makes two kinds of non-dairy sour kreme. Both are marketed
under the name "Better Than Sour Cream," with the "Better Than"
small and hard to read.

The good kind comes is a blue and white tub. It's made entirely
of non-hydrogenated oil. It has 85 calories per 2-Tablespoon serving.
5g fat, 2g sat fat, 0g trans fat, 160mg salt.

The bad kind comes in a white tub with red and green writing. (I
haven't seen it for quite a while, so I'm hoping they realized it
wasn't so good and discontinued it.)
