3. all-purpose flour 1 cup
  whole-wheat pastry flour 1 cup
  baking powder ½ teaspoon
  baking soda ¼ teaspoon
  salt to taste
4. eggs 4 large
5. vanilla sugar 1 ⅓ cups
6. olive oil ½ cup
  lemon zest 1 Tablespoon
  lemon juice 3 Tablespoons
  Jack Daniel's 1 teaspoon
7. sour cream ½ cup

1. Preheat your oven to 350° for a still oven, 325° for a convection oven.

2. Grease and sugar a loaf pan.

3. Mix the dry ingredients together.

4. Beat the eggs.

5. Beat in the sugar.

6. Beat in the olive oil, the lemon zest, the lemon juice, and the Jack Daniel's.

7. Beat in half the dry ingredients, then half the sour cream, then the other half of the dry ingredients, then the other half of the sour cream.

8. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
