garlic lemon chicken (omnivore)

2. chicken 1 whole, cut into pieces
  garlic 1 head,
separated into unpeeled cloves
  lemons 2, cut into eighths
3. fresh rosemary 1 small handful
  olive oil 3 Tablespoons
4. black pepper freshly ground, to taste
7. again black pepper freshly ground, to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 300°.

2. Put the pieces of chicken, the unpeeled garlic cloves, and the lemon chunks into a roasting pan.

3. Mix in the rosemary and olive oil until everything is coated in olive oil.

4. Grind on black pepper to taste.

5. Cover the pan tightly with the tinfoil and place it in the oven. Let it cook for 2 hours at 300°.

6. Then remove the tinfoil, turn the heat up to 400° and cook the chicken for another 45 minutes, until the skin has turned golden brown.

7. Grind on black pepper to taste.
