Here's what I did with the other half of the 16 oz. package of frozen favabeans I used for making spicy favabean salad.
I put the still-frozen beans in my food processor with:
And then I processed them to a fare-thee-well to make a smooth spread or dip.
I got the idea for combining those ingredients from a recipe for lima bean dip in Andy Harris's Modern Greek (Chronicle, 2002, page 10).
